Kim Jones presented the Dior Spring / Summer 2021 men's fashion campaign, emphasizing the collaboration with the painter, Amoako Boafo.
Named “Portrait of an Artist”, the new collection is designed as an homage to Boafo’s painting techniques and the themes he relies on, with the help of textured knitted sweaters that represent a new version of his “Black Diaspora” series of portraits. Photographed by Rafael Pavarotti, the campaign accentuated new pieces against brightly colored backgrounds. Hats, created by the famous Stephen Jones, together with pieces of jewelry and bags, also adorn this assortment.
