This exciting project expands the brand’s vision, deeply rooted in travel and creative excellence. Premiering in Fall 2025, the collection introduces another iconic name—Pat McGrath, the British visionary and one of the most influential makeup artists in the world, who takes on the role of Creative Director of Cosmetics.
A Legacy of Beauty Meets Modern Innovation
McGrath, known for her unconventional artistic vision, has collaborated with leading designers and fashion houses, including Louis Vuitton, before launching her own brand, Pat McGrath Labs, in 2015. Her innovative approach and decades of expertise led her to become the first and only makeup artist to receive the title of Dame from Queen Elizabeth II in 2021.
Historically, Louis Vuitton has always been intertwined with beauty—from innovative vanity cases and cosmetic trunks designed for fine perfumes and skincare products to custom beauty accessories from the 1920s, such as powder compacts, brushes, and mirrors.
Two exceptional archival pieces from 1925 highlight this legacy:
