Dubai continues to break records, this time with the Burj Azizi project, which will become the world's second tallest skyscraper, standing at a height of 732 meters...
This impressive $1.63 billion skyscraper will be a key part of Dubai’s skyline, located in the Dubai World Trade Centre area along Sheikh Zayed Road. It will surpass Merdeka 118 in Kuala Lumpur, which stands at 679 meters, but will remain behind the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa (828 meters).
With over 131 floors, this skyscraper will host numerous luxury features that push the limits. On the 126th floor, there will be the world’s highest nightclub, while the 130th floor will feature the highest observation deck. Additionally, the "world's highest lobby" will be on the 11th floor, and a seven-star hotel will have the highest hotel room on the 118th floor and a restaurant on the 122nd floor.
The interior of Burj Azizi will cater to the wealthy and sophisticated travelers, inspired by seven different cultural themes. Residents and guests will be able to enjoy penthouses, apartments, and vacation homes, along with many luxury amenities, including wellness centers, swimming pools, saunas, cinemas, gyms, mini-markets, children’s play areas, and more.
What sets this project apart even further is the vertical retail center spanning seven floors, a luxury ballroom, and an exclusive beach club. Burj Azizi will also be the only freehold property on Sheikh Zayed Road, making it even more attractive to investors.
Construction of this monumental tower is already underway, with completion scheduled for 2028. The project is led by Azizi Developments, also known for the Azizi Venice Opera House, a luxury floating opera house project valued at $8 billion.
Burj Azizi is set to become a new symbol of luxury and prestige in Dubai, offering a unique experience in a city that never ceases to fascinate the world.
