Under the creative direction of Alberto Caliri, the design team at II BY IV DESIGN has infused every detail with the distinctive motifs and vibrant spirit of the Missoni brand. From the grandiose lobby to private apartments, the interiors exude elegance, natural lighting, and bold contrasts. Iconic Missoni patterns are reimagined in modern furniture, textiles, and carefully selected accessories, creating spaces that combine luxury with the warmth of home.

The spacious residences feature spa-inspired bathrooms, stylish kitchens, and refined living areas with high-quality finishes, such as natural stone, custom wood elements, and metallic accents. Panoramic windows and expansive terraces offer spectacular views of the city skyline, blending urban dynamism with natural beauty.

MISSONI SKY provides a wide range of amenities that merge the comfort of home with the luxury of hotel living. On the 21st floor, residents can enjoy indoor and outdoor lounge areas, a sculptural garden, barbecue zones, and open fireplaces.
