Developed by the Related Group in collaboration with the iconic Italian design house, the Andare Residences project consists of 163 custom apartments and 3,500 square meters of hotel amenities.
The legendary Italian design house Pininfarina is perhaps best known for its collaboration with the Ferrari brand. This car design firm, founded in May 1930, has collaborated with the Ferrari company from the 1950s to the 21st century and is now known for its projects that go beyond car design, including architectural and engineering feats.
The latest endeavour of the Pininfarina company, Andare Residences by Pininfarina, will delight car and architecture enthusiasts. A 45-story tower on Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, has been developed by the Related Group and will soon start selling its 163 custom apartments. Not only is it the first luxury building developed on Las Olas Boulevard in the last 20 years, but it also marks the first Pininfarina brand project in Broward County.
Pininfarina closely collaborated with CFE architects in the creation of the 164-meter-tall tower, which has a distinctive wave-like appearance with balconies mimicking the flow of water. You enter the building through an impressive two-story lobby, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows. Large walls are intended for museum-quality art pieces and biophilic elements - a theme present in all common areas and amenity spaces.
"Design elements of the Pininfarina brand in residential spaces are aligned with its ethos, emphasizing timeless aesthetics, high-quality materials, and innovative furniture pieces," says Samuele Sordi, the chief architect at Pininfarina.
The apartments range from 180 to 430 square meters, with an open concept living area, floor-to-ceiling windows, and spacious balconies. Each apartment has a high-quality kitchen with custom Italian cabinets, luxury bathrooms, and smart home technology.
Andare Residences are located two kilometres from the beach, so residents have access to the cosmopolitan lifestyle of Fort Lauderdale.
"Andare Residences are at the beginning of the expansion of the Fort Lauderdale Riviera, allowing it to create a flawless connection between Tunnel Top Park and the pedestrian path surrounding the building," says Nik Perez, president of the condominium division of the Related Group company.
