The design project of the luxury apartment aimed to highlight the development of the city in recent decades, without neglecting the classical and historical aspects of the country's culture. It all starts with the foyer of the apartment, which is very pleasant and welcoming and reminiscent of some of Dubai's most beautiful landmarks such as Creekside Park and Dubai Garden Glow.
Evoking the lights and grandeur of the opulent Burj Khalifa tower, the penthouse's guest corner is characterized by high-quality colours and furnishings. The modern feel of the centre table is perfectly complemented by the WALES sofa, which is upholstered in cotton velvet, with a matt brass base. This curved piece of furniture has edges decorated with gold threads that make it even more elegant.
