Amazing luxury of underwater villas in Dubai

In the last few years, hotels located underwater have captured the whole world...

Offering a spectacular view of the world below the surface of the water, these incredible projects are a luxurious and decadent way to enjoy peace and quiet. However, if you do not want to spend only a few days in this environment, there is another, more interesting solution. Although these futuristic concepts seem to be far from us, The Heart of Europe in Dubai slowly turns them into reality with their new underwater homes project.

Next year, 40 glass enclosed villas designed by the architects JK Bauen Building Contracting, Wuchang Shipbuilding Industry Group Co. Ltd, and Sino Great Wall International Engineering Co. Ltd will appear next to the shores of Dubai. As a part of Heart of Europe resort, each Floating Seahorse villa will have a surface of around 400 m2 and three levels. Two out of three levels will be located above the water surface, offering serene views of the ocean from its sunbathed rooms and gorgeous decks, equipped with loungers, al-fresco dining rooms and hot tubs.

These floors above the water are certainly incredible, but the lowest level of all the villas is what makes us particularly happy. Located underwater, these levels will be entirely made of glass, offering their tenants a glimpse of the surrounding marine life, in which they will be able to enjoy from their beds or bathtubs.

In addition to luxurious amenities and breath-taking views, these villas will also have a very interesting approach to energy consumption. Unique form of insulation will save about 70% of electricity, making them even more interesting. If you have $ 2.57 million surplus, one of them may be yours.
