Nestled on a unique sloping terrain, this residence not only embraces topography as a key design element but also harmonizes artificial and natural forms, creating a seamless connection between environment and living space.

A Design Shaped by the Landscape

Despite the limited plot dimensions, the house takes full advantage of the terrain’s slope, making topography a central component of its architectural identity. The design strategy follows rationalist geometry and volumetric principles, emphasizing sustainability and environmental values that enhance the quality of living spaces.

At the heart of the house, a central atrium acts as a regulator and distribution core, linking social and private areas. A scenic water feature, in the form of a reflective pool, enhances both natural lighting and the atmosphere of the semi-submerged entrance courtyard, adding a sense of openness and lightness.

Although the house appears firmly anchored in the landscape, its elevated structure allows nature to flow beneath it, creating a fluid transition between exterior and interior. The sloping roof, accessible and functional, introduces new spatial dimensions, expanding the narrative of architecture through topography itself.
