Lakers star Kobe Bryant and his wife Vanessa are unloading a gated So Cal mansion for $8,599,000.
Property records we peeped show that it’s Vanessa Bryant who’s the actual seller. As TMZ and others reported last year, Kobe deeded the property – and 2 others – over to her in January 2012 amid divorce proceedings that never came to be – the duo are still legally married. Together, they purchased the home in 2001.
Set behind massive private gates in a prestigious guard gated community, the Bryant’s home is recently expanded, reconstructed and highly upgraded. Boasting unobstructed ocean and city light views, the home is set at the end of a cul-de-sac, with complete privacy.
