With an astonishing 1,258 horsepower and acceleration from 0-200 km/h in just 5.8 seconds, the W1 sets new standards for performance and speed.

Powered by a hybrid V8 engine, the W1 is the most powerful car McLaren has ever produced, delivering a combined output of 1,258 hp and 1,340 Nm of torque. Thanks to its lightweight construction, the W1 achieves an exceptional power-to-weight ratio, boasting an impressive 899 hp per ton, with the vehicle weighing in at just 1,399 kg.

This hypercar not only impresses with its power but also with its incredible road performance. The W1 can accelerate to 100 km/h in 2.7 seconds and reach 300 km/h in under 12.8 seconds, with a top speed limited to 350 km/h. Even more impressively, the W1 is three seconds faster than the Senna model on McLaren's benchmark track at Nardo.

The W1 employs aerodynamic elements inspired by Formula 1, including active aerodynamics that allow for optimal track performance. In race mode, the active front and rear wings automatically adjust, increasing downforce and stability at high speeds. The car generates up to 1,000 kg of downforce, thanks to advanced active suspension systems and aerodynamic components.

While the V8 engine takes center stage, the hybrid part of the drivetrain adds an additional 342 hp, using technology borrowed from IndyCar and Formula 1. The electric motor is integrated with the eight-speed gearbox, while the 1.384 kWh battery provides a modest electric-only range of 2.6 km, ideal for short urban drives.

For speed enthusiasts, the W1 delivers exceptional track performance, lowering by 3.7 cm at the front and 1.7 cm at the rear in race mode, further enhancing stability and grip in corners. With a starting price of $2.1 million, the W1 is available in just 399 units, all of which are already sold out. Buyers have the option of full customization through McLaren Special Operations (MSO), ensuring that no two cars will be the same. Additionally, the W1 comes with a four-year unlimited mileage warranty, while the battery is covered for six years or 45,000 kilometers.
